What it does:
Provides an opportunity for your team members to explore how they feel about change and discuss the reasons for this.
You will need:
Pre-prepared flipcharts and enough red and green round sticky dots so that your team members have 5 of each colour. (If you can't source sticky dots, green and red marker pens will do.)
In a nutshell:
Change generates strong opinions; find out how your team views it and why.
