Management Styles


Time required:

30 minutes.

What it does:

Explores different management styles and provides an opportunity to identify and understand your preferred style, as well as creating an action plan to develop your skills in order to get even better results from your team.

You will need:

Before completing this Self Study module, you will need to download a copy of the worksheet in the Resources tab, which can be completed online or printed off and completed by hand.

Where Does My Time Go?


Time required:

30 minutes.

What it does:

A chance to reflect on your working week and identify where there are opportunities for you to manage your time better.

You will need:

Before completing this Self Study module, you will need to monitor your time for a number of days using the Time Spent Diary provided.

You will also need to download a copy of the worksheet in the Resources tab. The worksheet can be completed online or printed off and completed by hand.

Create a practical plan for you to improve the way you manage your time.
