What it does:

Provides tools and techniques that can help you to develop the skills required to be sensitive to other people’s needs and feelings, and to better understand a colleague’s perspective.

You will need:

A copy of the worksheet downloaded from within the activity. You’ll also need to print off the handout to distribute to your colleagues to complete.

Empathy is a quality that demands mastery in a number of different skill sets to enable you to understand other people’s perspectives and the impact that your own behaviour has on your colleagues.

Introducing Emotional Intelligence

45 minutes.

What it does:

Great managers and leaders have one thing in common – they have strong levels of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). This activity introduces the five core areas that make up EQ and enables you to benchmark your own personal areas of strength and potential areas for development.

To complete the simple questionnaire/profiling tool from within the activity.
