Sal is the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Human Resources Consulting, which is located just outside Philadlphia, PA in the U.S. Trinity’s Team of Consultants provides a comprehensive range of HR Management services & solutions.

• Senior VP of HR and Vice President of Financial Management for Cardone Industries.
o A privately held, global automotive components corporation with 4,500 employees
• VP of HR for the Charleston Area Health System
o 1000+ beds & an employee population of 5,000
Expertise
Sal has significant expertise in all aspects of HRM. Besides HR & Financial Management, his broad business background has included executive oversight of functional areas such as Legal Affairs, Regulatory Compliance and Government & Public Relations
Sal began his career at Campbell Soup Company, where he held positions in Finance, Economic Analysis and Human Resources both as its Corporate Headquarters and its largest food production plant.
He has a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. In addition, he is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Sal is an adjunct faculty member in the HR Management Program at Wilmington University (DE). He has served as a guest lecturer at multiple universities, a speaker at Chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management and a subject matter expert at HR seminars.
