Accuracy

Attention to Detail
Your credibility, as a manager, can easily be dented by people spotting simple mistakes in your work. Producing material that has little, if any, mistakes can also be a source of great pride and great respect.
Proofreading
Proofreading matters! Why? Because we don’t want to give anyone an excuse to criticise our work and dismiss it as sloppy, unprofessional or not thought through.

A document littered with errors means that not only does the reader think the author doesn’t care too much about the subject, but the more errors they spot the more the author’s credibility is eroded and the less they will trust the document as a whole. This is especially true when the message you are trying to send is controversial or unwelcome in some way.
