We’ve created bite-size learning in the form of quick hints and tips for a whole range of topics – with many more to come. Great tips for both you, and your team.



Team Activities:

Short team-based training activities that will help you bring meetings to life and develop your team’s full potential.

Covering more than 20 different topics, from Assertiveness and Customer Service to Teamwork and Time Management, these team activities, are fun, engaging, practical and powerful ways to engage your team and get them thinking about the behaviours that will improve team performance.



Self-Study:

This area is just for you; activity-based self-study guides that you can typically complete in 30 minutes. They’ll give you new insights that help you understand your team and develop your leadership skills. And because Managers’ Library is mobile-friendly, you can complete our self-study on the train, in the café, at home, at your desk – anywhere you have Internet.



Videos:

Unique and engaging videos on a wide range of subjects, such as Conflict Resolution, Inspiring Change, Employee Engagement and more!
